Fans of Suicide Squad and the more mystical aspect of DC comics get ready because Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment have unveiled a new gameplay trailer for the newest addition to the Injustice 2 character roster, the Enchantress. The trailer gives players their first glimpse at June Moone’s magic-wielding alter-ego Enchantress, in-action as she struggles to contain the mystical powers that have taken hold of her. Enchantress will arrive on the 9th of January for players who have purchased the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition, Injustice 2 Ultimate Pack or Fighter Pack #3, and will be available as a standalone purchase beginning on the 16th of January from the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Steam, and Microsoft Store.
The trailer showcases her fascinating gameplay seeing her utilise moves that counter attacks, manipulate opponents and even summon minions. She’s quite a force to be playing with and it’s fun to see her also receive the gear from her film counterpart whether you liked the film or not. If there was an issue with her, in my opinion, it is her ultimate technique it seems far too similar to a Green Lantern attack I think the developers could have gone for something far more macabre. Now with the Enchantress coming to Injustice 2 there is only one character remaining to come to the DC Universe well I say one it’s really four characters (I’m so excited).
