YouTube is dominated by young teens showing off their skills with playthroughs of new videogames and it can be hilarious but most of the time it can come off as an annoyance especially if you’re an older gamer. To save us from this most first of first world problems are the dynamic acting duo Troy Baker and Nolan North with their gaming channel Retro Replay.

If you’ve ever played a videogame or you’re really into your teen dramas you will recognise these two names. Both Troy and Nolan have colossal bodies of work and both are adored by legions of fans. Troy is known for his roles in Bioshock Infinite, The Last of Us, and Infamous The Second Son while Nolan is known for his standout role in the Uncharted series, Desmond Miles in the Assassin’s Creed series and for all you Pretty Little Liars fans he was Peter Hastings (apparently a big deal I never watched the series). These two had worked with each other for years but it wasn’t until Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End did they team up properly and since then they’ve been thick as, well, thieves. Now as a way to spend more time together and to get to connect with their fans even better the two have set up a YouTube channel dubbed Retro Replay.

Seeing these two together on Retro Replay looks like a lot of fun and I highly recommend subscribing to their channel. They both have infectious personalities and as someone who has interviewed them both multiple times when they’ve visited Ireland, I can attest that this is going to be a great gaming double act.

If you’d like to hear Troy talk about his love of gaming and Nolan be sure and check out Speakin’ Geek the GamEir podcast as the episodes they are in will likely give you a taste of what’s to come once Retro Replay starts in earnest and don’t forget to subscribe to Retro Replay.
