Last year, Bandai Namco Entertainment opened its doors to the world’s largest Virtual Reality Zone, “VR Zone Shinjuku” located in Tokyo, Japan. Following in their successful footsteps, Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd are the first outside of Japan to begin opening mini spin-offs called “VR ZonePortal” hosting the exact same experiences without the costly flight.

Each site features a wide range of non-IP VR activities; guests can experience terror in a decrepit hospital where torturers sole purposes is to see you suffer, anime style flight simulator and much more… Every activity is designed for visitors to lose themselves in the immersive VR experience.

Currently there are two ‘VR Zone Portal’s’ both of which are based in the London area; The O2 Arena and Tunbridge Wells situated within the Hollywood Bowl locations with plans for further Zones to be rolled out across the UK this year. Along with more locations, we will see the VR Zone Portal grow with exciting new IP experiences that allow thrill-seekers to transport themselves to new worlds and experience things they never before believed possible.
