Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
One of last year’s best-rated titles, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is set for release on Xbox One and Xbox One X on April 11th. The game was originally a PS4 and PC exclusive. Developer Ninja Theory has also announced a host of new enhancements with the release. There are 3 new graphics modes to choose from:
- Enhanced Visuals Mode – offering extra visual quality
- High frame rate mode – offering smooth 60fps
- High-resolution mode – running dynamic resolution up to 4k
The Game
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was originally released in August 2017. The game sees players control Senua, a Celtic warrior. The tragic hero has to deal with the deaths of her family through a series of vision quests. Senua’s journey will see her battle demons, solve puzzles and explore the twisted landscape of her fractured mind. Played in 3rd person perspective, Senua’s world is a dark, fearful and mysterious place. The game was highly praised on release for its scope in dynamically dealing with mental health issues.
