Fans of the notorious pirate captain Monkey D. Luffy will have the chance to relive the story as Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced a special edition of One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 Deluxe Edition for Nintendo Switch.
The One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 Deluxe Edition lets players gather every member of the Straw-Hat-Crew and experience Luffy’s journey from Fuschia Village to the island of Dressrosa ruled by the evil Doflamingo. Along with the base game, One Piece: Pirate Warriors Deluxe Edition will contain over 40 DLCs enhancing an already thrilling gaming universe with new features. Players will also be able to enjoy local coop using the Joy-Con controllers of the Nintendo Switch.
These games are always frantic fun to play even for non-fans of One Piece like myself. The Dynasty Warriors style gameplay mixed with the over the top world of One Piece makes for an enjoyable experience and the deluxe edition complete with 40 DLC’s is insane. This is also great news for Nintendo fans as their catalogue of games seems to be growing at quite the exceptional pace.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is available for PlayStation 4, PC and will be released for Nintendo Switch on the 11th of May 2018.
