Women-Led Games and Latin American Games Showcase make announcements for The Game Awards

The Game Awards season is upon us, and that means that the Women-Led Games and Latin American Games Showcase are returning with tons of exciting announcements for your favourite upcoming indie games developed by diverse teams. The Latin American Games Showcase will feature release date announcements and other exclusive news from games developed by Latin American game developers, including news from The Path into the Abyss and SKINWALKER.

This edition of the Women-Led Games showcase will feature exciting announcements from A Heavy MorningKristala, and more, and an exclusive interview with Warframe’s Rebecca Ford, along with more surprises you’ll have to tune in for.

Details: The Latin American Games Showcase will be celebrating some of the biggest titles and achievements by Latin American developers in 2025, with world premieres, new exclusive trailers, and updates for a variety of titles, including major announcements from The Path into the AbyssMariachi Legends, and SKINWALKER.

Women-Led Games Showcase at The Game Awards

When: Wednesday, December 10th at 4 PM PT. 

Where to Watch: The Women-Led Games YouTube and Twitch channels, TGA YouTube and Twitch channels, with IGN and Gamespot co-streaming on their respective YouTube channels.

Details: Hosted by gaming influencer couple Aliya Will and Philip Hartshorn (@philipandaliya), the Women-Led Games showcase will spotlight some of the most anticipated upcoming games developed by women-led and majority-women teams. Viewers can expect major announcements from titles such as A Heavy MorningKristalaDrywall Eating SimulatorLedgerbound, and Wish Upon a Llama. In addition, the showcase will feature an exclusive deep dive interview with Warframe’s Rebecca Ford and her journey from Community Manager to Creative Director.
