Indie publisher and developer Firenut Games dares you to step into the disturbing nightmare of Baptiste with the unveiling of a chilling new gameplay trailer. Developed by Digital Dream, Baptiste is a psychological horror descent into madness, where a family’s desperate attempt to rebuild their lives in a remote UK location unravels into an unspeakable terror. Their new home does not offer refuge, it is a trap. Shadows whisper nightmares manifest, and ancient evil stirs, waiting to be unleashed.

This relentless psychological horror experience will launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X later this year. Those who are brave enough can wishlist the game now on PC and PlayStation 5.

The first 30 minutes of Baptiste are now playable in the PC demo, available now on Steam. Players will enter a world where the line between reality and nightmare is shattered. As you explore the house, an ominous presence watches from behind the glass of a locked cabinet, a grotesque doll named Baptiste. A warning is etched into the wood: “Never release this from its glass prison.”

Grief-stricken and desperate for a fresh start, Sara and her son Tom retreat to the isolated cliffs of Jagged Shore, where an old mansion promises a new beginning. But within its walls, time has twisted into something unnatural. Hidden in the house, they find a locked cabinet containing an eerie doll, its blackened eyes seeming to follow their every move. The warning is clear. And yet, some doors, once opened, can never be closed.
