Fans of Resident Evil 4 were treated to something special during the PlayStation Showcase. Players can now get even closer to Leon S. Kennedy’s critically acclaimed story of survival. The Resident Evil 4 VR Mode free DLC is coming exclusively to PlayStation VR 2 for those who own the game on PlayStation 5.

The PlayStation Showcase provided eager fans with a first look at gameplay. The trailer demonstrated how the PlayStation VR2 Sense controller makes core gameplay systems such as parrying enemy attacks even more immersive and intuitive. The implications of this means that you’ll likely be screaming as you defend yourself while playing as the legendary Leon S. Kennedy. I know I would, after all every time I play a horror game, I scream at least a couple of times, within the first few minutes. Hopefully, this latest VR Mode will be as decent as the previous entries.

More information on when players can experience Resident Evil 4 VR Mode first-hand will be shared at a later date.
