Great news for fans of Dragon Ball FighterZ. Season 3 has been announced and with it begins the speculation of who will be joining the awesome roster of this fantastic beat ’em up.
First of all before any speculation begins we have to address the two elephants in the room. First off Ultra Instinct Goku is coming. His image was teased a couple of weeks ago to a lot of fan fervour.
Now I will say getting ANOTHER Goku is somewhat annoying, however I will also say Ultra Instinct is a fascinating character choice. From what the trailer shows Ultra Instinct is a reactionary character. As Jiren swung in relentless at Goku he countered every move and it is likely going to be a character that will require a lot of skill to master.
Plus there is a beauty in the simplistic design of that form.

Then came the big reveal showing us when the third season of Dragon Ball FighterZ will officially be starting. Kefla the fusion of Kale and Caulifla has also been announced and her section of the trailer was all about her intense and punishing combo’s. It was impressive to watch and I’m very much looking forward to another fusion character joining the roster. It’s sad to say but after her, there are no more fusions left to reveal. She will arrive on February 28th and I can’t wait.
After the disappointing news about Fairy Tail this was definitely a nice treat. Trust Dragon Ball FighterZ to give us exactly what we needed.
