Warner Bros. Games and DC have debuted the first gameplay reveal for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. This is a genre-defying, action-adventure third-person shooter in development from Rocksteady Studios, creators of the critically acclaimed Batman: Arkham franchise.

Revealed during The Game Awards, the mind-blowing gameplay trailer provides a first look at the high-octane chaos that gamers will experience, either solo or with up to four team members in online co-op, when playing as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, or King Shark on their mission to take down the Justice League.

The video blasts through a series of intense open-world combat sequences, displaying the unique moves, traversal abilities, as well as variety of weapons at the Suicide Squad’s disposal, while gearing up for a showdown against the fastest man alive, The Flash.

A suicidal mission filled with fun

Honestly, this trailer looks like a lot of fun. The various abilities on show as well as the vibrant humour is brilliant. Also seeing the sheer audacity of the Flash is fairly chilling. Hopefully, when the game releases next year it lives up to the hype.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be available worldwide in 2022 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
