TOKOYO: The Tower of Perpetuity the 2D roguelike adventure is making its way from Steam Early Access to 1.0 version on PC and the Nintendo Switch on June 3rd. Players will pick from five legendary heroes as they try and escape a seemingly inescapable prison. This purgatory reshapes itself every 24 hours meaning escape is almost impossible. Can you defy the odds?
If you want a chance you’ll have to utilise the abilities of all five warriors. Embrace each playable character’s high-damage, long-cooldown magical skills. You’ll also have to execute precision platforming manoeuvres and learn about why they find themselves in the tower.
Pass the gravestones of fellow players, and leave helpful messages or cries of frustration if defeated. Try to defeat version 1.0’s new final boss, and discover the true ending. It’s that simple.
