This is Halloween! This is Halloween! With each passing day, we are getting closer to my favourite time of the year. But that’s not all! We have ANOTHER spooky game about to drop, on October 30th! The next installment of The Dark Pictures Anthology is finally just about here. It’s called Little Hope.
But, what is Little Hope?
A bus crashes in bad weather. Its passengers, four college students and their teacher, are left stranded in an isolated town. That town is Little Hope, and is miles from anywhere else. Trapped by a mysterious fog, they search desperately for a means of escape whilst visions from the past haunt them from the shadows. As they bear witness to the town’s gruesome past and the terrible events of the Andover Witch trials hellish demons emerge, relentless in their pursuit. After all, what are demons best at? The group must figure out the motivation of these apparitions before the evil forces at work drags each of their souls to hell!
Much like in Until Dawn and Man of Medan, you will face life or death situations and tough dilemmas that will decide your characters’ fate. You can take control of different characters, and enjoy the branching storylines that change depending on your own choices. Who will live? Who will die? Well, that’s all down to the player.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope launches on October 30th, 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC Digital. Both titles of The Dark Pictures Anthology, Man of Medan and Little Hope, will be backwards compatible with PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X.
