A new trailer has been unveiled for co-op FPS survival horror Sker Ritual. Fans of horror Maid of Sker (we have our review here) this spiritual successor brings back a lot of what you loved. Not only that though the world has been expanded on. This is a 1-4 player co-op experience where you and your friends face off against hordes of new and familiar monsters.

As well as supercharged elites with unique supernatural powers, you can upgrade your steam-punk style weapons, there are also interchangeable spine-chilling masks and mysterious story objectives from the writing talent behind Maid of Sker, Battlefield 1 and Total War: Rome II.

There are several key details when preparing for Sker Ritual:

The battle you face will scale according to how many players you have on your team. Which is a great feature that will ensure you’ll be given the best chance at survival.

The Elites have returned and this time they’ve brought with them a whole host of new skills and friends. These many creatures want to bring your destruction. Can you and your friends handle it?

If you want to have your own twisted fun with your teammates you can. There is a level of customisation to enhance your enjoyment. You can taunt your teammates with unique voice lines and switch out your dynamic menu scene environments from the Island. As well cosmetics though there are unique and upgradeable weapons to bring the pain to the hordes you will face.

Sker Ritual is coming to PC (Steam) this summer, with a new-gen launch later in the year.
