To celebrate the upcoming release of Fairy Tail, Koei Tecmo Europe has worked hard on a selection of different designs to be used as inside cover artwork. They have also announced that they will be inviting fans to vote for their favourite image, from 3 unique designs featuring the Fairy Tail guild, with the highest voted image making it inside the final retail version of the game at launch!

The three pillars of Fairy Tail

The artwork of these different designs represents the various elements that fans came to love about the anime/manga.

Option A. The over the top action and style. Seriously the fights are awesome. My particular favourite is between Laxus and Natsu which is part of the best arc in the franchise in my opinion.

Option B. Is all about the humour, the dumb, dumb humour and I love it. From Gray’s constantly going shirtless for no reason to Natsu getting beaten up whenever Gildarts showed up this was another element to cheer for.

Option C. Yeah this element is no surprise especially if you’ve watched 5 minutes of an episode of Fairy Tail. Fanservice. This franchise had copious amounts of well endowed female characters with outfits that had no function outside of making young teens feel weird. As I write this now this is the frontrunner in the vote.

If you ask me Option A. should win. It’s the best part of Fairy Tail.

Fans can get involved right now on Facebook and Twitter – voting closing on the 31st of March at 12 pm GMT.
